DEL LABS $1.2 MIL. EEOC SEXUAL HARASSMENT SUIT SETTLEMENT will not affect the company's bottom line, the Farmingdale, N.Y.-based pharmaceutical and cosmetic company said. Del Laboratories will pay the full amount of the settlement through a reserve fund set up for litigation expenses and other contingencies, according to the company. The $1,185,000 settlement, the largest ever recovered by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, is part of a consent decree filed Aug. 3 in federal district court in Long Island.
