FDA FISCAL 1996 SPENDING BILL REPORTED OUT OF HOUSE APPROPRIATIONS CMTE. with no changes after a one-day mark-up on June 27. The FDA portion of the agriculture appropriations bill was not debated, and no amendments to the provision were introduced.
