Executive Summary
DIETARY SUPPLEMENT STRUCTURE/FUNCTION STATEMENT DISCLAIMER, NOTICE TO FDA should be limited to products bearing a "claim that is so aggressive that it would constitute a health claim," attorney Stephen McNamara (Washington, D.C. law firm Hyman, Phelps & McNamara) argued May 16 at the Foundation for Innovation in Medicine's nutraceutical conference.
