Executive Summary
DSHEA meeting: Council for Responsible Nutrition, National Nutritional Foods Association, Utah Natural Products Alliance and American Herbal Products Association tentatively will meet with FDAers in mid-June to continue discussions on implementation of the Dietary Supplement Health & Education Act. One topic will be dietary ingredients marketed prior to Oct. 15, 1994. Ingredients sold after that date are considered "new" under DSHEA.
