LEDERLE DONATING CENTRUM FOR ANTIOXIDANT/HEART DISEASE TRIAL that is scheduled to begin next year under the auspices of the National Institutes of Health, Lederle Consumer Health Nutritional Science Chief Leon Ellenbogen, PhD, told the Council for Responsible Nutrition's annual conference on Sept. 20. Ellenbogen noted that Lederle plans to "donate a large amount of Centrum" multivitamin and that "BASF plans to donate a large amount of antioxidants for what could be one of the most difficult studies ever undertaken in terms of numbers."
