Executive Summary
Signs agreement granting J&J unit Advanced Care Products exclusive rights to sell an OTC HDL cholesterol test in the U.S., Canada and Mexico, the same areas in which Advanced Care is authorized to sell ChemTrak's Advanced Care OTC total cholesterol test under a previous agreement. ChemTrak said it has not yet submitted an application to FDA for an OTC version of the HDL test, but submitted one for professional use in July.
