Executive Summary
FDA partially extends the effective date of a final rule on labeling controls from Aug. 3, 1994 to Aug. 3, 1995, and reopens the administrative record for comments on the GMP reg in an Aug. 2 Federal Register notice. The extension applies to cut labeling for outer cartons and package inserts but not to cut labels on the immediate container. NDMA had requested the extension and the reopening of the record
