Executive Summary
OTC LABEL READABILITY CHANGES HAVE BEEN MADE BY MORE THAN 60% OF NDMA members, Nonprescription Drug Manufacturers Association President James Cope told the association's annual meeting on May 15. Acting on the March 1991 voluntary guidelines issued by NDMA on the technical/typography aspects of labeling, the majority of members have changed their labels "to conform to the information that was gleaned" from the association-sponsored study, Cope pointed out.
