HUMISTON-KEELING MERGER SUITORS: COMMON BROS. OUT, CARDINAL HEALTH IN as the purchaser of the Calumet City, Ill.-based drug wholesaler. Humiston-Keeling and Cardinal announced on April 27 an agreement for Cardinal to acquire all Humiston-Keeling stock for about $40 mil. cash. Completion of the acquisition is expected by July, the companies said, and is subject to approval by Humiston- Keeling's shareholders as well as to "customary" conditions and regulatory approvals.
