In two final rules slated for publication in the April 11 Federal Register, FDA finalizes a warning for OTC antiemetic and nighttime sleep-aid products that cautions against use by individuals with breathing problems. The agency proposed to modify the original warning, which contraindicated the products for asthma sufferers, in two August 1993 proposed rules ("The Tan Sheet" Aug. 30, 1993, p. 7)
