Rep. Elton Gallegly (R.-Calif.) sets home-district hearing for Feb. 18 after a Jan. 21 hearing ("The Tan Sheet" Jan. 17, In Brief) was postponed following the Los Angeles-area earthquake. The meeting, to be held at the Ventura (Calif.)
