FDA is planning to publish a Federal Register notice on the new comment deadline for non-UVA issues in the near future. FDA earlier had postponed the deadline for comments on the sunscreen tentative final monograph -- also at the request of CTFA -- from Nov. 8, 1993 to Feb. 7 ("The Tan Sheet" Oct. 11 1993, p. 12).
