IGI/J&J licensing agreemet

Executive Summary
Johnson & Johnson extends 1991 licensing pact with IGI for its Novasome vesicle encapsulation technology, IGI announced. Under the agreement, J&J "may develop and sell certain consumer skin care products" that incorporate IGI's Novasome technology, IGI said. J&J currently does not market any products based on IGI's technology. However, Novasome is used in some currently marketed products, including Prescriptives' All You Need moisturizers and Revlon's Results skin care products.
