Richard Terselic, 56, assistant to Center for Drug Evaluation and Research Deputy Director Gerald Meyer, will retire Sept. 3 after more than 23 years with the agency. During his tenure, Terselic has served in posts including assistant bureau director for planning and evaluation in the then-Bureau of Drugs, and acting director of the Division of Generic Drugs.
