Executive Summary
Acquires Rugby-Darby subsidiary Naska Pharmacal, a manufacturer of private label and generic OTC and prescription dermatological products and oral liquids, for an undisclosed amount. A.L. Labs noted that the "major asset acquired is Naska's modern 82,000 square foot manufacturing facility located in Lincolnton, N.C." A.L. Labs also will receive an unspecified number of products produced at the plant, approximately half of which are oral liquids and half ointments and creams.
