Compliance Deadline Set For 340B Orphan Drug Rule

HHS letters to over 50 manufacturers Oct. 7 gives them 30 days to comply with interpretive rule requiring 340B discounts be given on non-orphan uses of orphan-designated drugs. However, manufacturers may have room to maneuver to extend the deadline.
