Ten days after ex-GSK CEO Chris Viehbacher took the reigns of Sanofi-Aventis on Dec. 1, the company issued a terse announcement stating that Jean-Claude Leroy, Exec VP-finance and legal, is relinquishing his position. The company did not say whether he is leaving the company or why. Also, CFO Laurence Debroux and general counsel Karen Linehan, who had reported to Leroy, will now report to Viehbacher and remain members of the executive committee and group management committee
