McKesson faces class action
Executive Summary
U.S. District Judge Patti Saris has certified a class-action lawsuit against wholesaler McKesson in the latest chapter of average wholesale price litigation. The Prescription Access Litigation Project, which brought the class action, alleges McKesson conspired with First DataBank to set AWP, raising the spread between the published AWP and the actual acquisition costs.
