Electronic recall notifications
FDA is encouraging electronic distribution of product information, including recall notifications and drug safety information, in a draft guidance released in the Federal Register Sept. 30. The guidance, "Using Electronic Means to Distribute Certain Product Information," provides information on alternative forms of communications outside of those currently included in regulations.
