ITC tadalafil investigation

International Trade Commission launches investigation into a complaint filed by Lilly ICOS seeking an order barring importation or marketing in the U.S. of tadalafil that infringes its U.S. patent 5,859,006 for Cialis, the commission says May 16. The complaint names 10 Internet marketers of the infringing product. The '006 patent expires in January 2016, according to the Orange Book.
