Conan Grames will join the Pharmaceutical Research & Manufacturers of America as VP and general counsel on Feb. 6. Grames is replacing Bruce Kuhlik, who left PhRMA in May for Merck (1"The Pink Sheet" May 2, 2005, In Brief).
