Pharmaceutical Research & Manufacturers of America is turned down as a partner in RW Johnson Foundation-organized "Cover the Uninsured" week May 10-16. PhRMA was solicited to join the partnership in January; however, when the trade group offered to join shortly before kick-off of the event, some partners objected. RWJ decided to "table" the issue until after the 2004 event; PhRMA will be invited to participate in future years, the foundation indicated...
