Medco Health insurance limits
Medco says Oct. 13 "it has determined that most of the claims set forth in" a Department of Justice False Claims Act suit against the company "likely would not be covered by insurance." During a conference call to respond to the Sept. 29 complaint, Medco was asked if it has insurance to cover any potential damages.
