Acute sinusitis trials

Executive Summary

On Oct. 29, the committee will discuss clinical design of studies for antimicrobials to treat acute bacterial sinusitis. FDA issued a draft guidance on acute bacterial sinusitis treatment in July 1998 (1"The Pink Sheet" July 27, 1998, p. 25).
