A Florida grand jury investigation into "gray market" transactions is not relevant to the big three wholesalers, McKesson and AmerisourceBergen told the SG Cowen meeting in Boston. "I don't think this investigation included wholesalers as you would know them," McKesson CEO John Hammergren said. "There's about 400 wholesalers apparently in Florida because there's some loopholes in the laws down there."
