Executive Summary
Sen. Tim Hutchinson's (R-Ark.) amendment to the FY 2002 defense authorization bill calling for Department of Defense to create a vaccine production facility passed the Senate. There is not a similar provision in the House version of the bill (1"The Pink Sheet" Oct. 15, p. 26)
