Pharmacia Corporation will be the name of the company created through the merger of Pharmacia & Upjohn and Monsanto. The combined company's autonomous agricultural subsidiary will retain the name Monsanto, while the Searle, Upjohn and Pharmacia names will be used to designate sales divisions.
