Executive Summary
Former Immigration & Naturalization Service Assistant Commissioner for Budget Jeffrey Weber is appointed deputy chief financial officer and Office of Financial Management director in FDA's Office of Management and Systems. He will report to Deputy Commissioner Robert Byrd, starting Nov. 22. Weber will be responsible for formulation and execution of the agency's $1.1 bil. budget, and for overseeing accounting, including the agency's payroll. At INS, Weber was responsible for managing financial analysis activities. He will replace Jim Donahue, who will become a special assistant to Byrd
