Seroquel should be given in a total daily dose of 50 mg the first day, 100 mg the second day, 200 mg the third day and 300 mg the fourth day, the SPC states. "From day four onwards, the dose should be titrated to the usual effective dose range of 300-450 mg/day," the SPC states. "Depending on the clinical response and tolerability of the individual patient, the dose may be adjusted within the range of 150-750 mg/day."
