Columbia/Value Health: Value Health subsidiary Value Behavioral Health sells its 50% interest in the Massachusetts Behavioral Partnership to partner FHC Options, resulting in dissolution of preliminary injunction enjoining the merger between Columbia/HCA and Value Health ("The Pink Sheet" July 7, T&G-2). Value Health shareholders approved the merger June 18.
