WRITTEN INFORMATION PROVIDED TO 67% OF PATIENTS IN FDA BIENNIAL SURVEY, Deputy Commissioner for External Affairs Sharon Smith Holston told the National Council for Prescription Information & Education annual meeting May 8 in Washington, D.C. In the agency's survey of consumers, 67% of respondents reported recently receiving "more than brief information" about their prescriptions. "That's an outstanding accomplishment," Holston declared.
