ValueRx: Value Health subsidiary to administer the prescription drug program of the New York state Civil Service Employees Association's Employee Benefit Fund. The program, which covers 82,000 employees and their dependents, was previously managed by Merck-Medco. The ValueRx plan, which takes effect Oct. 1, will offer a financial incentive for use of mail-order pharmacy.
