PCS FORMULARY CLOSINGS WILL AFFECT 10 PLANS BY AUG. 1, the Lilly pharmacy benefit management division reported. Ten plan sponsors have announced intentions to close either their entire formularies or selected classes of drugs by Aug. 1. Plans closing formularies include Americaid (Ga.), AmeriPrime (N.J.), CDPHP (N.Y), Community Care Plan (Mich.), Maricopa County (Ariz.), Oregon Health Plan, Physician Health Services (Conn.) and Ucare (Minn.).
