PRE-APPROVAL INSPECTION PHASE-IN IS SUBJECT FOR U.S.-EU NEGOTIATIONS tentatively scheduled for the week of Feb. 17 in Brussels. The meeting follows talks in Washington during the last week in January that appear to have broken an impasse in negotiations on a mutual recognition agreement for Good Manufacturing Practices. The parties originally had a target to complete an MRA agreement by Jan. 31.
