SENATE LABOR CMTE. STAFF TO INCLUDE EXPERIENCED HHS LEGISLATIVE ANALYST, Sean Donohue, on leave from the Clinton Administration for a year under an American Political Science Foundation fellowship. Donohue, whose background is in public health issues including AIDS and vaccines, will be on the Hill for a year assisting Sen. Jeffords (R-Vt.), chairman of the Senate Labor Committee. Jeffords is also a new member of the Finance Committee.
