The Amphotec (amphotericin B cholesteryl sulfate complex) average wholesale price will be $160 per 100 mg vial and $93.30 per 50 mg vial. Amphotec is Sequus' second product after Doxil, approved in November 1995. Sequus plans to launch the liposomal product on Dec. 6.
