Executive Summary
NATIONAL CANCER INSTITUTE/VETERANS AFFAIRS CLINICAL TRIAL AGREEMENT signed during the week of Oct. 14-18 will cover eligible veterans for "the full range of NCI-sponsored studies in diagnosis, treatment and prevention." The three-year demonstration agreement, signed by NCI Director Richard Klausner, MD, and Department of Veterans Affairs Undersecretary for Health Kenneth Kizer, MD, takes effect Jan. 1.
