CLINTRIALS RESEARCH $65 MIL. ACQUISITION OF BIO-RESEARCH LABS will give ClinTrials the ability to offer both preclinical and full clinical development services, according to the Nashville, Tenn.-based contract research organization. ClinTrials announced the acquisition agreement with the pre-clinical services company May 24 and expects the acquisition to be completed within 90 days.
