Beginning April 18, for an annual fee of $18 to CPS, patients without insurance will be able to get Crixivan (indinavir) for AWP minus 12% plus a $2 dispensing fee, or $398 for a month's supply. AWP is listed at $450 for 200 mg 360's and 400 mg 180's by Medi-Span. The recommended dose is 800 mg every eight hours.
