Neuman acquisition of Drug Guild would add $500 mil. in annual revenues, create $1.6 bil. in sales company.
NEUMAN WILL ADD $500 MIL. IN ANNUAL REVENUES THROUGH DRUG GUILD acquisition, Ridgefield, N.J.-based Neuman Health Services said in its announcement of the letter-of-intent stage agreement Feb. 9. Neuman's 1995 revenues were $1.1 bil., the company said. With Drug Guild's 1995 revenues of $520 mil. for the fiscal year ended July 31, Neuman expects to create a drug distribution company with annual sales of more than $1.6 bil.
