TENNESSEE RxCARE PROHIBITED FROM ENFORCING "MOST FAVORED NATION" clause in the network's pharmacy participation agreements, according to a draft of a Federal Trade Commission consent agreement published in the Jan. 29 Federal Register. RxCare's pharmacy participation agreements established "the RxCare network rate as a price floor for most Tennessee pharmacies," FTC explained. The public comment period for the consent order extends to March 29.
