Effective Dec. 5, Jack Jackson gained responsibility for sales and marketing of Pharmacia & Upjohn products in the U.S., Canada and the Caribbean. Jackson's duties with the merged company are similar to those he held at Upjohn. However, he now reports directly to Pharmacia & Upjohn CEO John Zabriskie. Jackson previously reported to Ley Smith, the former Upjohn chief operating officer.
