PBM PHARMACY NETWORKS' IMPACT ON FEHBP ENROLLEE ACCESS TO DRUGS and pharmacy services is to be explored in a General Accounting office study requested by Sens. Cohen (R-Maine) and Pryor (D-Ark.) and Reps. Moran (D-Va.) and Gilman (R-N.Y.). The Federal Employees Health Benefits Program is contracted to Blue Cross/Blue Shield, which subcontracts pharmacy benefit administration to Merck/Medco and Lilly/PCS.
