Bock Pharmacal: Will market Lilly's Dynabac (dirithromycin) to managed care representatives as well as primary care physicians and respiratory specialists. Lilly changed its previous position regarding retaining managed care marketing rights for the new macrolide antibiotic as reported in the Sept. 25 issue of "The Pink Sheet" (In Brief). Bock will launch Dynabac in October at a direct price of $90 for a 60-count bottle of 250 mg tablets...
