STUART DISEASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES IN NEGOTIATIONS WITH 12 HEALTH PLANS for contracts to provide disease management services in the cardiovascular and asthma areas. The Zeneca disease management subsidiary announced Aug. 7 the signing of its first contract with the not-for-profit Latham, N.Y.-based Community Health Plan for a hypertension and hyperlipidemia disease management program.
