Dura Pharmaceuticals: Adds mail-order capacity as San Diego-based respiratory products firm signs definitive agreement to acquire Denver-based Health Script and its affiliates, which dispense respiratory products via mail-service. Health Scripts, according to Dura, had 1994 revenues of $8 mil. and provides mail-service prescription products, primarily nebulized solutions, to approximately 20,000 patients. Dura is purchasing the company through an undisclosed combination of cash and warrants.
