SENATE GOVERNMENTAL AFFAIRS CMTE. REG REFORM BILL MARK-UP ON MARCH 15 will likely involve consideration of a moderate regulatory reform package based on a measure (S 291) sponsored by Committee Chairman Roth (R-Del.). The committee's final reform bill is also expected to contain elements of two other bills, Senate Majority Leader Dole's (R-Kan.) S 343 and Sen. Glenn's (D-Ohio) S 100.
