FDA data of voluntary corrections by industry is likely to become available in fiscal 1996.
FDA VOLUNTARY CORRECTIONS DATA is likely to become available from the agency during the next fiscal year, beginning on Oct. 1, 1995. FDA envisions providing the data on voluntary corrections by manufacturers when it receives requests for other types of compliance statistics, such as the number of warning letters sent out, the number of seizures and injunctions filed. The information on voluntary corrections would help to present a more complete image of FDA's effect on the regulated industries.
