SEN. PRYOR MOVES CLOSER TO PhRMA ON PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO FINANCE COMMITTEE FOR MEDICARE DRUG BENEFIT: LEGISLATIVE PROPOSALS LESS ONEROUS THAN RHETORIC
