Pfizer and Value Health will collaborate to establish physician networks as part of a $100 mil. joint venture announced May 3. The 50-50 joint venture will "establish networks of physicians and facilities to offer disease management services to managed care organizations," Pfizer declared. "Managed care organizations using these specialized services should be able to ensure the highest standards of care to their patients, while reducing their own cost and financial risk."
